!上海市金山区公共浴室卫生现状调查

目的为了解上海市金山区公共浴室的卫生状况,明确下阶段的工作方向和重点,为今后在公共场所开展监督量化分级管理提供依据。方法随机抽取辖区内52家公共浴室,进行现场监测、问卷调查及对管理相对人提供专业知识培训。结果公共浴室从业人员健康证持有率为72.6%,消毒设施不完善或使用不规范。从业人员对卫生知识认知程度低,但通过培训有明显提高,公共浴室卫生状况好坏与法定代表人(或责任人、业主)文化程度无关。结论应加强对公共浴室卫生指标的监测力度,在做好公共场所卫生管理工作的同时,加强法定代表人(或负责人、业主)的卫生知识培训以及卫生行为的监测,加强对池水的消毒管理。

Objective To understand sanitary status in public bathrooms, make direction and emphases of work in the next stage clear, and provide evidences for carrying out quantitative graded management in public places from now on. Methods We randomly sampled 52 public bathrooms, did on-site monitoring, conducted survey by questionnaireand provided professional training for persons related to management Results The holding rate of health certificate for employees in public bathrooms was 72.6% ,but facilities were not disinfected or improperly used, the awareness rate about health knowledge of practitioners was low, but improved singnificantly through training. The sanitary situation in public bathrooms has no association with education degree of legal representative （ the person who is in charge or the owners）. Conclusion We should strengthen the monitoring of the sanitary indexes in the public bathrooms, do hygiene management in public places well at the same time, enhance training about health knowledge of the legal representative and monitoring health behavior, strengthen the management of water disinfection in pools.
