| 摘 要： | 目的:观察雅皓丁硼乳膏治疗妊娠性龈炎的临床疗效。方法:将70名妊娠性龈炎患者随机分为实验组(使用雅皓丁硼乳膏刷牙)和对照组(使用普通牙膏刷牙),观察治疗前后临床症状、牙龈指数以及龈沟出血指数的变化,并加以比较。结果:两组治疗前各项牙周治疗指数无明显差异(P>0.05),经4周的治疗,实验组的牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雅皓丁硼乳膏对治疗妊娠性龈炎有一定的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of the therapy of pregnancy gingivitis by Yahao dingpeng cream. Methods 70 patients suffering pregnancy gingivitis were divided to experimental group and control group randomly. The changes of clinical sign, gingival index and sulcus bleeding index were observed and compared before and after using Yahao dingpeng cream. Results Before treatment, the average of each periodontal index between two groups showed no significant different(P>0.05).However, significant different were observed after treatment of 4 weeks(P<0.05). Conclusion Yahao dingpeng cream for curing pregnancy gingivitis has clinical effective significant in some degree. |
