| 摘 要： | 目的探讨9例男性乳腺癌的诊断和综合治疗方法。方法选择9例男性乳腺癌患者,并对其发病特点、诊治情况、预后进行分析。结果 9例男性乳腺癌均采用FNA(细针穿刺细胞学检查)或活检确诊后行改良根治术,术后采用化疗、放疗、内分泌治疗。随访1～5年,无复发病例,死亡2例。结论男性乳腺癌的发病率占所有乳腺癌的0.5%～1%。治疗采用以手术为主的综合治疗,提高生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and combined therapy of 9 cases of male breast cancer（MBC）. Methods Analize the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of 9 patients with male breast cancer. Results The modified mastectomy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy and endocrine therapy were all applied.Follow-npltoSyears, no patient had recurrence, 1 Patient dead. Conclusion The mobidity of MBC is 0.5%-1%. Combined therapy is usee for MBL and operation is important. It will raise the survival of MBC. |
