| 摘 要： | 本文观察了月见草油对无水乙醇、束缚-冷应激引起的大鼠胃粘膜损伤的影响及对慢性实验性胃溃疡的治疗作用,并初步探讨了其机制。结果表明,月见草油可阻止无水乙醇和束缚-冷应激对大鼠胃粘膜的急性损伤作用和促进慢性胃溃疡的愈合。其机理可能与促进胃内前列腺素(PG)合成与释放有关。

| Abstract: | We carried out observations on the influence of evening primrose oil on the gastric mucosal damage induced by ethanol and clod-restraint stress and its therapeutic effect on chronic experimental ulcer and conducted a preliminary evaluation of its mechanism. The results show that evening primrose oil can prevent from the acute gastric damage caused by absolute ethanol and stress and accelerate the heal of chronic ulcer and its mechanism may be in connection with the provement of the synthesis and release of gastric prostaglandin. |
