胃幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌：胃癌低发和高发区胃镜调查对照

我们在胃癌低发区和广州和高发区兰州市各选一间医院，对同月接受胃镜检查的全部病人进行活检组织学，幽门螺杆菌尿素酶法检测。结果显示兰州市胃癌和胃溃疡检出率高，该地区慢性胃炎病人ＨＰ感染病高，感染年龄提前，胃炎的组织学模式也有特点，即胃炎多犯及全胃，胃粘膜萎缩发生率高。

Helicobacter Pylori and Gastric Cancer: An Endoscopic Survey in Low and High Risk Areas for Gastric Cancer

To investigate the link between helicobacter pylori (HP) infection in the stomach and gastric cancer, we examined all patients undergoing gastroscopy in the same month in one hospital in each area, ie, low risk area for gastric cancer (Guangzhou) and high risk area (Lanzhou). Biopsy specimens were taken from antrum and body of the stomach for histology and HP urease testing. The results showed that the incidence of gastric ulcer and cancer was significantly higher in Lanzhou than in Guangzhou. The incidence of HP infection in patients with chronic gastritis, especially in young age group was also higher, histologically the HP gastritis in Lanzhou involved both body and antrum of the stomach, and mucosal atrophy occured more frequently. This study suggested that HP infection might be an initial factors and factors, promotive factors in the development of gastric cancer.
