三地人参对小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性影响的研究

目的]研究辽宁、吉林和朝鲜三地人参对正常和免疫低下小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性的影响。方法]将SCID小鼠分为空白对照组,正常三地人参灌胃组,免疫低下模型组,免疫低下三地人参灌胃组,共8组,每组10只。其中免疫低下模型造模方法是用氢化可的松70mg/Kg(体重),1次/日,皮下注射,连续1周。人参灌胃为5g/Kg(体重),0.2mL/次,1次/日,连续2周。ELISA法测定IL-4和脾细胞活性。结果]三地人参对正常小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性的影响和空白对照组相比无统计差异,且两指标在正常三地人参灌胃组之间的比较中也无统计学差异;两指标在免疫低下模型组与空白对照组的比较中有统计学差异;两指标在免疫低下三地人参灌胃组与空白对照组之间的比较中无统计学差异;两指标在免疫低下三地人参灌胃组与免疫低下模型对照组之间的比较中有统计学差异,但在三者之间相比无统计学差异。结论]三地人参对正常小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性没有影响;三地人参对于免疫低下小鼠的这两个指标调节效果相同,并且均能将免疫低下的这两者恢复至正常或略高于正常的水平;脾细胞活性与IL-4含量呈一定线性相关关系。

The Research Activity About IL - 4 and Spleen Cells of SCID Mice Breed by Three Ginseng

Objective ] Liaoning, Jilin and Korea Ginseng three normal and low immunity mice against IL -4 and spleen cell activity. Methods ] SCID mice were divided into control group, the normal three ginseng administered group, model group, low immunity, low immunity three ginseng administered group, a total of 8 groups of 10 each. Which low immunity model modeling method is to use hydrocortisone 70mg/Kg （weight） , 1 time/day, subcutaneous injection, continuous 1 week. Ginseng administered to 5g,/Kg （weight）, 0.2mL/ times, 1 time/day for 2 weeks. ELISA IL - 4 and spleen ceils. Results ] The three ginseng on IL - 4 in normal mice and spleen cell activity and the control group showed no statistical difference between the two indicators and three in the normal compared to ginseng administered group and no significant difference between; 2 indi- cators in the low immunity model group compared with the control group have significantly different; in low immunity three ginseng administered group and the comparison between the control group showed no significant difference between the two; two indicators in three low immunity ginseng administered group and the low im- munity model comparison between the control group were significantly different, but no significant differences between the three. Conclusion ] The three ginseng on IL - 4 and normal mice spleen cells did not affect activity ; three ginseng for low immunity mice, the same moderating effect of these two indicators, and can be both low immunity machine back to normal or slightly higher than normal levels.
