| 摘 要： | 目的利用淋巴管内皮生长卤子受体3（VEGFR-3）检测胃癌组织内微淋巴管密度（MLD），研究其与增殖期细胞核抗原（PCNA）及临床因素之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法，以VEGFR-3（又称FLT-4）为标记物，检测60例胃癌淋巴结转移组织内MLD与增殖期细胞核抗原（PCNA）蛋白及临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果胃癌淋巴结转移组织VEGFR-3阳性率和MLD明显增高；胃癌组织中MLD与PCNA之间呈正相关。结论VEGFR-3可促进肿瘤微淋巴管生成，VEGFR-3和MID的表达可能与胃癌的淋巴结转移相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the lymphatic microvessel density（MLD） in gastric cancer by lymphatic endothelial growth clear antigen（PCNA） factor receptor3 （VEGFR-3） and to study the correlation between the proliferating cell nuprotein and clinicopathological factors. Methods VEGFR-3 was used as a marker to detect the expression of MLD and PCNA protein in 60 cases of gastric cancer tissues by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of VEGFR-3 and MLD were significantly increased in gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis, and there was a positive correlation between. MLD and PCNA in gastric cancer. Conclusion VEGFR-3 might promote micro-tumor lymphangiogenesis, and VEGFR-3 and the expression of MLD may be related to lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. |
