苦豆子总黄酮对豚鼠离体心房肌生理特性的影响

摘    要:观察了苦豆子总黄酮(TF)对豚鼠离体心房肌生理特性的影响。TF减慢豚鼠右心房肌的收缩频率。延长左心房肌的功能不应期,抑制肾上腺素诱发的左心房肌的自动节律,对右心房肌兴奋心未见影响。TF对心肌的影响与其抗心律失常的作用机理有关。

Abstract:In the paper the actions of total folavones of Sophola alopecuroides L. (TF) on the isolated guinea pig's myocardium were reported. TF showed slowing contractil frequency of the right atrium; increasing the functional refractory period and decreasing the automaticity induced by epinephrine on the lift atrium of guinea pig. TF did not change the excitability of the atrium muscle. This effects of TF on myocardium ralate to the mechanism ofTF antiarrhythmia effect.
