| 摘 要： | 目的探讨布洛芬混合液直肠给药治疗小儿高热惊厥疗效。方法70例高热惊厥患儿随机分成两组：治疗组36例，对照组34例，治疗组肛门注入布洛芬和安定混合液，对照组肌肉注射安痛定注射液。结果治疗组的止惊效果和退热效果明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），脑电图异常20例（28．6％），其中10例为慢波爆发，5例出现棘波/尖波，基本节律慢化5例。结论布洛芬混合液对直肠粘膜没有明显刺激是高热惊厥患儿退热的最佳途径。
