| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT检查对无手术史肠梗阻的诊断价值。方法对22例无手术史肠梗阻患者的术前CT表现与手术病理和临床随诊对照分析。结果22例肠梗阻病因中,结肠癌8例,直肠癌2例,直肠平滑肌瘤1例,炎症5例,股疝3例,粪石1例,肠扭转1例,腹内疝1例。CT诊断肠梗阻病因符合率86.3%(19/22)。结论CT对肠梗阻病因具有较高的诊断价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objectve To evaluate CT as a diagnostic method for intestinal obstruction without operation history.Methods Intestinal obstruction of 22 cases without operation history diagnosed by preoperative CT scanning was retrospectively viewed,and compared with pathologic findings.Results The reasons of obstruction were identified in 22 patients,including 8 colon cancer cases,2 rectum cases,1 rectum leiomyoma case,5 inflammation cases,3 external hernia cases,1 dejecta stone case,1 intestine torsion case,1 internal hernia case.The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was 86.3%(19/22).Conclusion CT is a valuable imaging in diagnosis of the etiology of intestinal obstruction. |
