| 摘 要： | 目的：研究景洪哥纳香叶的抗肿瘤活性苯乙烯内酯类成分。方法：采用硅胶色谱柱分离，理化性质、光谱数据鉴定结构。结果：分离鉴定7个化合物，其中4个为苯乙烯内酯：（＋）-isoaltholactone（1），goniodiol-7-monoacetate（2），leiocarpin A（3），goniodiol（4），另3个为松乔素（pinocembrin，5），胡萝卜苷（daucosterol，6）和豆甾醇（stigmasterol，7）。结论：化合物1-4体外有抗肿瘤活性，化合物1,2、3为首次从该植物分离得到。

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the styryllactones in the leaves of Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu.METHOD: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated and four of them were identified as styryllactones:(+)-isoaltholactone(1),goniodiol-7-monoacetate(2),leiocarpin A(3),goniodiol(4),and other three as pinocembrin(5),deaucosterol (6) and stigmasterol(7).CONCLUSION: Compounds 1,2,3,4 show cytotoxic activities against human tumor cell lines in vitro.Compounds 1,2,3 were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
