乙型肝炎病毒基因变异与原发性肝癌的关系

摘    要:基因变异是生物进化的原始动力,核苷类似物导致的耐药主要是由于乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因变异,HBV基因变异又与原发性肝癌的发生关系密切。通过回顾各种HBV基因变异所造成原发性肝癌的可能机制,认为与原发性肝癌的发生相关的HBV基因变异包括酪氨酸-甲硫氨酸-天冬氨酸-天冬氨酸变异、前C区变异、核心基因启动子区T1762和A1764双变异等,然而核苷类似物治疗过程中导致的HBV基因变异是否与原发性肝癌的发生相关仍需进一步研究。

Abstract:Mutations are the primitive power for the organic evolution.The main reason of drug resistance caused by nucleosides is HBV mutation,which is also closely related to the occurrence of hepatocellullar carcinoma.Here is to make a review on the possible mechanisms about the occurrence of primary hepatocellullar carcinoma due to all kinds of HBV mutation,and it is proposed that the relative mutations include tyrosine-methionine-aspartic acid-aspartic acidmutations,precore gene mutations,T1762 and A1764 of basal core promoter,etc..Whether HBV mutations which come out during treatment by nucleosides are closely related to the occurrence of primary hepatocellullar carcinoma still needs more researches.
