摘    要:为阐明胚胎巨噬细胞(MΦ)的分化和卵黄囊内胚层(YS-E)之间的关系,用近交DA大鼠胚胎的卵黄囊内胚层细胞体外培养,观察了YS-E细胞的膜抗原表型、贴壁能力及吞噬功能的变化;用免疫组织化学方法观察了YS-E样细胞在鼠胚内的发生和分布,证实了从胚胎第10.5d开始,即卵黄囊和胚体之间的血液循环相通之后,在鼠胚体内的疏松结缔组织、肝原基和脑等处,可以观察到和MΦ有相同抗原表型的YS-E样细胞。以上结果

MZCROPHAGE DIFFERENTIATION RELATIVE TO YOLK SAC ENDODERM OF RAT EMBRYOS
Abstract:In order to clarify the relationship between macrophage differentiation and yolk sac endoderm (YS E) in embryos, YS E cells of inbred DA rat embryos were cultured for the observation of their membrane antigen phenotypes, ability of wall attachment and functional changes of phagocytosis. The development and distribution of YS E like cells in rat embryos were immunohistochemically investigated. It was confirmed that YS E like cells with the same antigen phenotypes as macrophages shared could be found in the loose connective tissue, hepatic rudiments and brain etc. at the time from the 10.5th day of gestation when the circulation was sep up between yolk sac and embryo. The above results suggested the possibility that rat embryo macrophages could develop from endoderm.
