| 摘 要： | 自2000年开始的一轮城市医疗卫生改革迄今为止已有4年时间,其中,一些政策在实践中遇到了种种问题。2004年的全国卫生工作会议提出要深化城市医疗改革试点,其中,城市医疗机构的改革是重中之重。以近80位北京市的医院管理人员和基层卫生行政管理人员为对象进行了问卷调查,了解他们对于当前城市医疗机构改革的看法,为政府部门制定城市医疗卫生改革政策提供依据。

| Abstract: | It has been four years since the round of urban health reform enact ed from 2000.Some of the policies met obstacles in practice.It has been decided to deepen the pilot of urban health reform in the national meeting on health wor k this in the year 2004,in which urban medical institution reform plays a very important role.In this paper the author investigated nearly 80 hospital menager s and grass root health administrative managers by a questionnaire in order to understand their opinions towards current urban medical institution reform for t he reference of the policy makers. |
