某校大学生乙肝知识认知和态度调查及分析

目的调查在校大学生对乙肝基本知识的认识和态度,为切实加强对大学生健康知识教育和预防提供指导.方法对不同专业、不同年级300名大学生（年龄18～24岁）进行乙肝知识和态度问卷调查与分析.结果我校大学生具有一定的乙肝基本知识,但对乙肝母婴传播概念模糊,有近1/3的学生不清楚乙肝的传播途经,有25.3%的学生对乙肝疫苗认识不清,有20.3%的学生认为应该与乙肝病毒携带者隔离就餐,8.5%的学生认为应该治好乙肝才能正常参加就业和学习.获得乙肝咨询方面,56.3%的学生来源于电视,25.7%来源于网络;有45.9%的学生认为乙肝方面的宣传太少,比艾滋病宣传少得多.结论学校应切实加强乙肝知识的宣传和教育,以消除学生对乙肝患者的歧视,并提高自我保护意识,在取消新生入学乙肝检测的情况下,主动接种乙肝疫苗.

Investigation of the Knowledge of Hepatitis B among University Students

Objective To investigate the knowledge of hepatitis B and the attitude of university students in order to provide students with more information of solid prevention.Methods Three hundred college students （aged 18～24）from different grades with different majors were investigated by questionnaires on the knowledge of hepatitis B and the attitude of students.Results In our university,the students know some information about hepatitis B,but they rarely know about the maternal-neonatal transmission of hepatitis B.About one third of those students don＇t understand clearly about the how hepatitis B transmit,about 25.3% of the students don＇t clearly know about the vaccine of hepatitis B,20.3% think the virus carriers of hepatitis B should not have meals together with normal people,and 8.5% think that the virus carriers should not continue to work or study unless hepatitis B is healed.Generally 56.3% of the students get the information of hepatitis B by watching TV,25.7% of those get the information by Internet,and 45.9% think the knowledge of hepatitis B should be expanded comparing with the information of AIDS.Conclusions The university should give students health education about the hepatitis B and help students to eliminate the discrimination for hepatitis B virus carriers.Students should learn to protect themselves and positively take vaccine as soon as possible.
