肥胖2型糖尿病病人护理干预的效果观察

目的]观察肥胖2型糖尿病病人护理干预的效果。方法]对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施护理干预。12个月后比较两组血糖、体重及并发症发生情况。结果]干预后两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG 2h)、红细胞醛糖还原酶(AR)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)均显著下降(P<0.05),观察组较对照组下降更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组干预后体重指数(BMI)显著降低(P<0.0 5),且显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。观察组无并发症,对照组发生并发症6例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]肥胖2型糖尿病病人实施护理干预有利于控制血糖,降低体重,减少并发症。

Observation on effect of nursing intervention for obese patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective： To observe the effect of nursing intervention for obesity patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods. The control group patients received conventional care, the observation group patients received nursing intervention on this basis of conventional care. The blood glucose, body weight and complications of two groups were compared after 12 months. Results： After the intervention, the FPG, PBG2 h,AR, HbA1C of two groups significantly decreased （P〈0. 05）,the observation group decreased significantly more than that of control group （P〈0.05）. BMI in the observation group significantly decreased after intervention （P〈0. 05）, which was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）, but no significant change in control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： To implement nursing intervention for obese patients with type 2 diabetes can help control blood sugar, reduce weight and complications.
