营养支持治疗对COPD稳定期的影响

目的研究营养支持治疗COPD稳定期患者肺功能、运动能力及预后的影响。方法选择COPD稳定期伴体重指数小于18.5的患者共40例,随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予营养支持治疗。对比研究两组治疗前、治疗后1年患者的营养状况,肺功能,六分钟步行距离(6MWD),并随访两组急性加重再住院例次。结果 1年后治疗组营养状况较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肺功能,6MWD较治疗前均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组差异更显著。急性加重再住院例次治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论营养支持治疗能有效改善COPD稳定期患者的肺功能、运动能力及近期预后。

Influence of nutritional support in the treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

Objective To investigate the influence of nutritional support on lung function,motor ability and prognosis of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（COPD）.Methods 40 stable COPD patients,whose baric index was less than 18.5,were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.All patients were given conventional treatment,and the treatment group received nutritional support additionally.Their nutrition condition 1-year after,lung function and 6-minute walking distance were measured,and the rehospitalized cases within 1-year followup were investigated.Results The nutrition condition 1-year after the treatment was better improved in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.The lung function and 6-minute walking distance were obviously improved after the treatment in both groups（P0.05）,and the improvement was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group.The rehospitalized cases was lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Nutritional support therapy can improve the lung function,motor ability and prognosis of stable COPD patients.
