盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗慢性支气管炎的药效评价

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗慢性支气管炎的药用价值。方法将本院诊治的80例慢性支气管炎患者随机分成两组:对照组40例,单纯采用阿莫西林治疗;实验组40例,采用盐酸氨溴索+阿莫西林治疗。观察与比较两组的临床疗效、症状积分、肺功能、血气分析。结果实验组的总有效率显著性高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的气喘、咳嗽、咳痰等症状积分均显著性低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的FEV1、FEV1%等肺功能指标水平均显著性高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的PaO2、PaCO2等血气分析值显著性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎能显著改善临床症状和肺功能水平。

Pharmacodynamic evaluation of ambroxol hydrochloride in the adjunctive treatment of chronic bronchitis

Objective To investigate the drug effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly and evenly divided into two groups.The control group was given amoxicillin only,and the treatment group was given ambroxol hydrochloride and amoxicillin.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,pulmonary function,and blood gas analysis were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.The improvement of symptom score,cough,sputum was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.The levels of FEV1,FEV1%,PaO2,and PaCO2 were significantly better improved in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application of ambroxol hydrochloride can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve lung function in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.
