健康教育对老年住院病人跌倒预防知识、态度、行为的影响效果研究

[目的]探讨健康教育对老年住院病人跌倒预防相关知识、态度及行为的影响效果。[方法]以单纯随机抽样的方法随机抽取宝鸡市中心医院老年病科、神经内科65岁以上老年住院病人为研究对象,对入选老年病人进行跌倒预防知信行基线调查后进行预防跌倒健康教育,1个月内进行干预后跌倒预防知信行问卷调查,健康教育前后分别用同一问卷进行调查研究。[结果]健康教育前后老年住院病人跌倒预防知识问卷得分分别为44.89分±6.64分与50.08分±6.60分、态度问卷得分分别为29.56分±5.88分、32.25分±5.31分、行为问卷得分分别为34.94分±5.11分与36.40分±5.44分,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]健康教育在提高住院老年病人跌倒预防相关知识、态度、行为方面具有一定效果,但距离理想效果还有一定差距,应进一步探索老年病人认知特点,采取更适合老年人的教育方式,以提高老年病人预防跌倒知信行水平。

Study on influencing effect of health education on knowledge,attitude and behavior of elderly inpatients about fall prevention

Objective：To explore the influencing effect of health education on knowledge.attitudes and behaviors of elderly inpatients about fall pre- vention. Methods： 65 years old hospitalized patients in department of geriatrics and Department of Neurology of Baoji Central Hospital were selected as the objects by simple random sampling method. KAP baseline surveys on fall prevention were carried out for elderly patients selected, fall prevention health education was given for them, fails prevention KAP survey was carried out for them after the intervention within a month, by using the same questionnaire for investigation respectively before and af- ter the health education. Results：Before and after the health education of elderly inpatients fall prevention knowledge questionnaire scores were 44.89± 6.64 and 50.08±6.60 ,attitudes questionnaire score were 29. 56± 5.88 and 32.25 ± 5.31, behavior questionnaire score were 34.94 ± 5.11 and 36.40 ± 5.44, and the differences were statistically significant after statistical comparison （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Health education has some effect for improving fall prevention related knowledge, attitudes and be- haviors of elderly inpatients,but there is a certain gap from the desired effect, we the cognitive characteristics of elderly patients should be fur- ther explored so as to take education more suitable for the elderly pa- tients,to improve fall prevention KAP levels of elderly patients.
