本科护生人文关怀能力现状及相关影响因素分析

摘    要:[目的]调查本科护生人文关怀能力现状,分析影响护生人文关怀能力的相关因素。[方法]采用随机整群抽样的方法选取我院2011级和2010级465名本科护生作为研究对象,以调查问卷的形式对其人文关怀能力进行调查。[结果]护生人文关怀能力(CAI)总分181.26分±19.57分,认知维度评分69.36分±1 0.5 1分,勇气维度评分5 8.3 8分±7.97分,耐心维度评分53.51分±7.74分,均低于常模(P<0.01)。[结论]本科护生整体人文关怀偏低,教育者应加强对护生人文关怀的教育。

Analysis on status quo of humane care ability of undergraduate nursing students and related influencing factors

Abstract:Objective. To investigate the status quo of humane care ability of undergraduate nursing students and analyze the related influencing factors. Methods:A total of 465 undergraduate nursing students in grade 2011 and grade 2010 in our hospital were selected as the objects by using cluster sampling method, their humane care ability was investigated by the form of a questionnaire survey. Results: Humanistic caring ability (CAD total score of nursing students was 181.26 ± 19.57, cognitive di- mension score was 69.36 ± 10.51, courage dimension score was58.38±7.97,patience dimension score was 53. 51 ±7. 74,al1 these were lower than the norm (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The overall humane care of un- dergraduate nursing students is lower, educators should strengthen edu- cation for the humane care of nursing students.
