甲状腺癌病人围术期的护理干预

目的]总结甲状腺癌围术期护理干预要点,提高护理质量。方法]回顾分析我院2010年1月—2012年1月223例甲状腺癌手术病人临床资料,总结护理干预要点,包括术前认真准备、术后密切观察、及早发现并发症与准确无误处理、健康教育指导等方面。结果]223例甲状腺癌手术病人,均安全渡过围术期。发生并发症情况:切口内出血2例、呼吸困难1例、声音嘶哑1例、出现声调降低5例、甲状腺机能减退29例、头痛头昏4例。护理干预措施得当、有效,病人预后良好。结论]积极的护理干预,对病人安全渡过围术期具有重要意义。

Application of nursing intervention in treatment of thyroid cancer during perioperative period

Objective： To summarize intervention points in perioperative care of thyroid cancer patients, so as to improve the nursing quality. Methods. Retrospective analysis was carried out for the clinical data of 223 cases of thyroid cancer patients underwent operation in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 January, and summarize the nursing intervention points, including preoperative careful preparation and postoperative close observation, so as to find complications and carry out the accurate treatment and health education guidance as soon as possible. Results： All 223 cases of thyroid cancer patients underwent operation safely passed through the perioperative period. The complications included wound hemorrhage in 2 cases
; 1 case of hoarseness,dyspnea in 1 case,5 cases with tone lower,hypothyroidism in 29 cases, 4 cases of headache and dizziness. Nursing interventions were proper and effective, and patients＇ prognosis was good. Conclusion Active nursing inter- vention has important significance for patients safely passing through the perioperative period.
