大鼠海马结构中兴奋性氨基酸神经元的发育

摘    要:目的:研究胚胎时期大鼠海马结构中谷氨酸和门冬氨酸神经元的分布及发育规律。方法:用免疫组化ABC方法,对E14,E16,E18、E22天大鼠胚胎海马结构中谷氨酸和门冬氨酸神经元的发育情况进行观察。结果:E14天,在海马神经上皮内谷氨酸和门冬氨酸能前体细胞散在分布;E16天,随着丛状层的出现,成熟的谷氨酸和门冬氨酸神经元迁入其内;E18天,阿蒙角神经上皮增厚,阳性前体细胞增多,CA1锥体层刚出现即分布

DEVELOPMENT OF GLUTAMATE AND ASPARTATE-POSITIVE NEURONS IN HIPPOCAMPAL FORMATION OF RATS

Abstract:To study the development of the glutamate (Gln) and aspartate (Asp)-positive neurons in the hippocampal formation of the embryonic rat. Methods: Two monoclonal atibodies against Gin and Asp were used with immunohistochemical ABC technique. Twenty-four embryos of the rat hippocampal formation from E14 to E22 days were studied qualitatively. Results: On day E14, the Gin and Asp positive precursory cells were distributed in the hippocampal neuroepithelium. On day E16, the mature Gin and Asp-positive neurons migrated into the plexus layer. On day E18, with the depth of the Ammonic neuroepithelium increasing, the positive precursory cells increased. As soon as the pyramidal layer of CA1 region generated, positive cells were found to be distributed in it and also in the dentate gyms. On day E22, the shape of the Ammonn's horn had fundamentally formed. Positive cells were distributed in all layers of it, mostly in the statum pyramidale. The skeleton of the external dentate limb had formed and the internal dentate limb began to generate. Their granular layer was arranged with positive cells by single layer. There were a large number of polymorphous positive cells in the hilus than the molecular layer of the dentate gyrus. The mean gray of Gin and Asp positive cells was not obviously different in every regions above mentioned (P>0. 05). Conclusion: In the embryonic hippocampal neuroepithelium, there were some Gin and Asp positive precursory cells which were destined to differentiate to Gin and Asp postive neurons and to settle in hippocampal formation. Before birth, the Ammonic positive precursory cells had completely differentiated, migrated, and settled in every layers of the Ammon's horn.
