海拔4300m世居藏族与移居汉族部分体测量指标的对比观察

目的：探讨高原世居者与移居者身体的不同特点。方法：同时测定阿里地区（４３００ｍ）２５名藏族青年和２５名汉族青年的部分体指标。结果：移居汉族青年较世居藏族青年体重、血氧饱和度航肩胛下部皮褶厚度差异不显著（Ｐ〉０．０５）；身高、收缩压、体脂量、三头肌部及髂部皮褶厚度增高显著（Ｐ〈０．０５）；脉搏、舒张压、上臂围及上臂肌围增高非常显著（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：高原世居藏族青年对高原环境的适应明显优于移居汉

Contrastive observation on some body indexes between native Tibetan and migrant Han in 4 300 m high altitude

Objective:WT5BZ]To study the difference in body characterization between native Tibetan and migrant Han in high altitude.WT5HZ]Methods:WT5BZ]Some body indexes from 25 young native Tibetan(group T)and 25 young migrant Han(group H)lived in A-Li area (4 300 m) were determined at the same time.WT5HZ]Results:WT5BZ]There were not any difference between group T and group H in weight,degree of blood oxygen saturation and skin-fold thickness of infra-scapualr region( P >0.05).Compared with group T,the height,systolic pressure,quantity of body fat and skin-fold thickness of deltoid region and iliac region were increased in group H( P <0.05).In addition,the pulse,diastolic pressure and the circumference of upper arm were markedly increased in group H( P <0.01).WT5HZ]Conclusion:WT5BZ]The young native Tibetan might adapt themselves to high altitude circumstances much better than the young migrant Han.
