| 摘 要： | 巨噬细胞移动抑制因子是一种重要的前炎性因子,在免疫性疾病中发挥着重要的作用。皮质类固醇激素是一种广泛应用于治疗免疫性疾病的药物,而巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)与皮质类固醇激素有着特殊的关系,它能够调节皮质类固醇激素的敏感性。本文综述了MIF在免疫性肾脏疾病中的作用及其相关机制,并归纳了MIF与皮质类固醇激素之间的相互关系及其调节皮质类固醇激素敏感性的机制。

| Abstract: | Macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)is an important pro-inflammatory cytokine,which plays an important role in the genesis of immune diseases.Glucocorticoids(GCs)is a kind of drugs widely used in the therapy of immune disease,MIF has special relationship with glucocorticoids,which can regulate the sensitivity of glucocorticoids.This article reviews MIF about its effect in immune kidney disease and related pathogenesis,as well as sums up its interrelation with glucocorticoids and its mechanism of regulating sensitivity of corticosteroid hormone. |
