口腔医学专业研究生培养过程中的问题及应对策略

目的总结口腔医学研究生培养教育中取得的成绩及存在的不足,探讨全面提高研究生质量的策略.方法对我校目前口腔医学专业研究生培养过程中存在的问题进行了分析;为克服这些不足,结合口腔医学研究生教育与人才培养的特点和规律,从指导教师和研究生两方面进行分析、研究,提出应对策略.结果口腔医学专业研究生培养中存在医学基础知识差、缺乏人文知识及创新精神等问题,对此应提高指导教师的认识与水平,加强对研究生的基础教育及通识教育,培养其创新意识和能力,提高指导教师和研究生的人文素养和科学素养等.通过研究生综合素质的提高,期望培养出勇于开拓创新、高质量的口腔医学专门人才.结论在对口腔医学研究生的培养教育中,提高其整体素质是高等教育中非常重要的一环.

PROBLEMS AND COPING STRATEGY IN TRAINING STOMATOLOGY POSTGRADUATES

Objective To summarize the achievement and inadequacy in training stomatology postgraduates,and to explore the strategy of improving their quality.MethodsThe problems existing in the training were analyzed.To overcome the inadequacy,an analysis and study were made aiming directly at advisors and students by combination with regularity and characte-(ristics) in people-of-ability training,and to provide the tactics to handle them.ResultsThe problems such as poor basic medical knowledge,lack of humanism and innovative spirit existed in the students,the cognition level,therefore,of the advisors should be improved and basic and general knowledge be strengthened so as to raise the students' standard and develop their innovative ability.High-quality specialists with enterprising and innovative spirits in stomatology would be expected through the enhancement of comprehensive quality of students.ConclusionIn nurturing postgraduates in stomatology,to raise their all-round development is an important link in higher medical education.
