骨碎补对链霉素耳毒性解毒作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨骨碎补对链霉素耳毒性的解毒作用。方法肌肉注射链霉素(300mg·kg-1)15d制成豚鼠耳聋模型,其中部分动物同时用100%骨碎补液灌胃(5ml·kg-1)。采用全耳蜗基底膜铺片技术,在光镜下计数毛细胞,并计算毛细胞损伤百分率。结果骨碎补液可使链霉素所致耳蜗一回和二回毛细胞的损伤减轻。结论骨碎补对链霉素耳毒性有一定的解毒作用。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of the present study was to analyze the effect of Gusuibu on the ototoxicity by streptomycin. Methods A deafness model was established in 30 guinea pigs by streptomycin (300 rmg· kg-1,i.m.),in which 17were used as experimental group(32 ears) and 13 as controls( 18 ears). The experimental animals were administrated with 100% Gusuibu solution(5 ml· kg-1 )orally. Cochlear pathology was assessed by surface preparation technique. Detail counts of hair cells were recorded under light microscope and analyzed statistically. Result C usuibu decreased the loss of outer hair cells in the lirst and second coils. Conclusion Gusuibu may attenuate the ototoxicity by streptomycin.
