| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定一点红中槲皮素含量的方法。方法用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(55∶45∶0.4),检测波长为370 nm。结果槲皮素在0.041 6~0.416μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为102.3%,RSD为1.18%(n=6)。结论此法用于测定一点红中槲皮素的含量快速、简便、准确,为评价一点红的内在质量提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | Purpose The HPLC method was established for the determination of quercetin in Herba Emiliae.Methods The detection was performed on a Hypersil BDS C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) at the UV wavelength of 370 nm.The mobile phase consisting of 0.4% phosphoric acid-methanol(55∶45) was pumped at a flow rate of 1 mL/min.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.041 6-0.416 μg of quercetin(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 102.3%,with RSD of 1.18%(n=6).Conclusion The HPLC method is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of quercetin in Herba Emiliae which can be used for the quality control of Herba Emiliae. |
