超声引导射频治疗子宫肌瘤的临床分析

目的探讨超声引导射频消融(RFA)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及超声监测方法。方法对151例子宫肌瘤患者术前进行超声定位,术中超声监测自凝刀的位置和消融时扩散的范围,术后随访治疗效果。结果本组151例手术患者中,治愈32例;显效101例;好转16例;无效2例:总有效率98.67%。结论RFA治疗子宫肌瘤是一种有效的微创介入方法,超声引导定位至关重要,严格手术指征是防止手术副损伤发生的关键。

Clinical Analysis of Hysteromyoma Treated by Radiofrequency Ablation(RFA) Under the Guidance of Ultrasound

Objective To study the effect of hysteromyoma that treated by RFA and the measure of ultrasound. Methods Ultrasound confirmed orientation for 151 cases hysteromyoma before operation, monitored the position of RFA electrodes and the diffused area in operation, postoperative follow-up the therapeutic effect.Results Among 151 patients, cure 32 cases, obvious effect 101 cases, mend 16 cases, effectless 2 cases, the total effective rate are 98.67%.Conclusion RFA is kind of effective and safe method for the treatment of hysteromyoma,guidance of ultrasound is important , the strict indication of surgical treatment can prevent happening of surgical damnification.
