疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝209例

目的：探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝。方法：对我院2003年1月至2009年12月采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗209例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：治愈207例（99.04%）,术后39例出现各种并发症,包括腹股沟区疼痛4例,腹股沟部异物感11例,术后尿潴留5例,伤口液化积液5例,阴囊积液10例,残留疝囊水肿2例,复发2例。结论：疝环充填式无张力疝修补术具有如下优点：操作简单,损伤少恢复快,复发率低,是理想有效的疝修补方式,关键是要正确的手术方法和合适的手术修补材料,才能防治其术后并发症的发生。

Treatment of Inguinal Hernia with Plug and Mesh Tension-free Hernioplasty: Report of 209 Cases

Objective： To investigate the treatment of plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty to inguinal hernia.Methods： The clinical data of 209 cases with inguinal hernia treated with plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty from January 2003 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results： 207 cases were cured,and the curative rate was 99.04%.Complications occurred in 39 cases,including groin area pain in 4 cases,groin foreign body sensation in 11 cases,postoperative urinary retention in 5 cases,wound liquefied effusion in 5 cases,scrotal effusion in 10 cases,residual sac edema in 2 cases,recurrence in 2 cases.Conclusion： Plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty has the following advantages：simple,less damage in patients with rapid recovery,low recurrence rate;it is an ideal way of effective hernia repair.Correct surgical approach and surgical repair with a suitable material are the key for the prevention and treatment of post-operative complications of plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty.
