鼻中隔矫正术加电凝筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎

目的 探索常年性变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲手术治疗的临床疗效。方法 在鼻内窥镜直视下行鼻中隔矫正术加电凝筛前神经治疗常年性变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲患者50例。结果 随访1年一1．5年，显效30例(60．0％)，有效12例(2，4．0％)，总有效率为84．0％，2例伴哮喘患者未见发作。结论 该方法不仅解决了鼻腔的机械阻塞，去除不良刺激，而且广泛阻断鼻腔副交感神经来源，降低鼻粘膜灵敏部位的敏感性，是治疗常年性变应性鼻炎行之有效的方法之一。

The therapy of allergic rhinitis by correction of nasal Septum and electrocoagulation of anterior ethmoid nerve

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of perennial allergic rhinitis associated with deviation of nasal septum by surgical treatment.Methods: 50 cases of allergic rhinitis associated with deviation of nasal septum were treated by correction of nasal septum and electrocoagulation of anterior ethmoid nerve under the endoscope.Results: Following up survey from 12 to 18 months postoperatively,it was found that 30 cases were cured (60.0%),12 cases achieved symptomatic relief (24.0%), 8 cases remained failure (16.0%),2 cases associated with asthma were not attacked. Conclusions: The operation can not only mechanically unblock the nasal airways and get rid of the bad stimulation,but also cut off the vice-sympathetic nerve in the nose and reduce the sensitivity of the nasal mucosa,it might be one of the most effective methods to cure allergic rhinitis.
