| 摘 要： | 目的探讨吗替麦考酚酯联合利妥昔单抗治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果和安全性。方法68例系统性红斑狼疮患者采用吗替麦考酚酯联合利妥昔单抗治疗，比较患者治疗前后各项指标的变化。结果患者治疗后各项指标比治疗前明显好转，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论吗替麦考酚酯联合利妥昔单抗治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效良好，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of mycophenolatemofetil combined rituximab in treating systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods 68 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were took the mycophenolatemofetil combined rituximab, and the data before were compared after treatment. Results There were significant differences on the data before between after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Mycophenolatemofetil combined rituximab treating systemic lupus erythematosus is safe and effective, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice. |
