剖胸术后美蓝肋间神经阻滞镇痛与硬膜外镇痛的比较

目的比较美蓝肋间神经阻滞镇痛与硬膜外术后持续镇痛方法对剖胸术后病人的镇痛效果.方法60例接受剖胸手术的病人随机分为胸段硬膜外镇痛组和美蓝肋间神经阻滞镇痛组,以VAS评分判断其术后效果,进行统计学处理.结果两组比较,美蓝肋间神经阻滞镇痛组的VAS评分明显优于胸段硬膜外镇痛组,且其术后并发症较少.结论美蓝肋间神经阻滞镇痛组的效果明显优于胸段硬膜外镇痛组.

Comparison between the effect of intercostal nerve block using methylene blue and that of continuously epidural analgesia after thoracotomy

Objection: To compare the effect of the two methods, intercostal nerve block using methylene blue and continuously postoperative epidural analgesia. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups ,each of them accepted the treatment of intercostal nerve block using methylene blue, the other accepted the therapy of continuously postoperative epidural analgesia. The effects of the two groups were judged by the VAS scale and the figure were calculated with statistics. Results: By comparing the two methods, the VAS score of the intercostal nerve block using methylene blue was found to be better than the other one, and it has little postoperative complications. Conclusions: The method of the intercostal nerve block using methylene blue is better than that of the continuously postoperative epidural analgesia.
