2341名海南省本科大学生睡眠质量现况分析

摘    要:目的了解海南省本科大学生睡眠质量现况,为提高大学生睡眠质量提供科学依据。方法采用分阶段抽样方法对海南2341名本科大学生的睡眠质量状况进行问卷调查。结果被调查的2341名学生的PSQI平均得分为(5.70±2.68)分,23.3%的大学生有睡眠问题即睡眠质量较差。调查对象中每周迟睡频率≥3次有睡眠问题的发生率最高(30.3%),睡前吃宵夜(29.4%),每周不吃早餐1-2次(25.4%)、睡前上网(25.3%)、健康状况差(58.1%)、宿舍环境差(34.2%)和学习负担大(29.4%)睡眠问题发生率高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。非条件Logistic回归分析,结果显示进入回归方程的因素有睡前体育活动(OR=1.180,95%CI:1.036-1.343)、迟睡频率(OR=1.798,95%CI:1.501-2.155)、健康状况(OR=2.594,95%CI:2.151-3.129)、宿舍环境(OR=1.259,95%CI:1.070-1.481)、睡前吃宵夜情况(OR=1.431,95%CI:1.138-1.799)、睡前上网(OR=1.549,95%CI:1.176-2.041),学习负担(OR=1.450,95%CI:1.201-1.750)。结论海南省本科大学生睡眠质量较差,睡眠质量影响着大学生身心健康,应针对其影响因素采取综合措施提高大学生睡眠质量。

Abstract:Objective To understand undergraduate college students sleep quality status of Hainan Province,provides a scientific basis for improving college students sleep quality.Methods By the method of cross-sectional study with questionnaire surveyed 2341 undergraduate college students sleep quality status in Hainan.Results Surveyed 2341 students of PSQI score was 5.70 ± 2.68 on average,23.3% of college students sleep quality was poor.Sleeping late on frequency 3or more times a week had the highest incidence of sleep problems(30.3%),eat snack before sleeping(29.4%) than do not eat,don't eat breakfast 1-2 times a week was the highest(25.4%),online before sleep(25.3%) was the highest,poor health was highest(58.1%),poor dormitory environment was highest(34.2%) and heavy learning burden(29.4%) was highest too,all had statistically significant difference too(P〈0.01).Unconditioned logistic regression analysis,the results showed that the factors leading to the regression equation were just before bed sports(OR = 1.180,95% CI: 1.036-1.343),sleeping late on frequency(OR = 1.798,95% CI: 1.501-2.155),health(OR = 2.594,95% CI: 2.151-3.129),dormitory environment(OR = 1.259,95% CI: 1.070-1.481),eating snack before bedtime(OR = 1.431,95% CI: 1.138-1.799),online before sleep(OR = 1.549,95% CI: 1.176-2.041),learning burden(OR = 1.450,95% CI: 1.201-1.750).Conclusion Hainan Province undergraduate college students sleep quality was pool,the sleep quality affected the college students' physical and mental health,should be aimed at the influence factors to take comprehensive measures to improve college students' sleep quality.
