| 摘 要： | 目的：密骨胶囊对老年性骨质疏松症疗效评定。方法：临床与实验室随机分组对70例与两对照组各35例服药3个月的对比研究。结果：临床症状与中医症候及性激素水平、骨代谢相关生化指标经统计处理,显示治疗组明显优于两对照组。结论：密骨胶囊有效缓解老年性骨质疏松症的临床症状,提高骨密度及骨矿含量,同时提高性激素水平。

| Abstract: | Objective:The purpose was to evaluate the effect of the treatment of senile osteoporosis by "Migu"capsule(MGC).Methods:One hundred and forty cases of senile osteoporosis were randomly divided into three groups: the MGC-treated(70 cases)and the two control groups(35 cases each),All patients of the three groups were followed up for 3 months,the integral differences of the three groups were compared with the clinical indications evaluating POP before and after the treatment.Results: The clinical symptoms,the TCM symptoms,the bone mineral density,the relative biochemical indications of bone metabolism and sex hormone level had been significantly better than that of before treatment and the two control groups.The statistical treatment showed a significant diffierence. Suggesting that the MGC-treated group hav an advantage over the two control.Conclusion:MGC could remit the clinical symptom was of senile osteoporosis, improve the bone mineral density and the relative biochemical indications of bone metabolism and sex hormone level. |
