临床专业医学生心理压力源调查与对策

摘    要:目的了解临床专业医学生心理压力来源及其影响因素,以期为相关部门有针对性地制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法选取研究对象,采用自编《医学生心理压力调查表》进行问卷调查。结果①医学生对自身的压力认知程度良好。②心理压力源排名前3位的是个人前途(就业)、学业因素和经济因素。③不同特征学生心理压力源不同。女学生就业(前途)压力高于男学生。高年级男性、农村生源、非独生子女的学生经济压力高于低年级、女性、城市生源和独生子女的学生。非独生子女学生学业压力高于独生子女学生。④同学们希望通过丰富课余活动等措施来缓解自身压力。结论相关部门对学生采取减压干预措施,应按年级、性别等分开进行,有针对性地开展相关心理健康教育活动。

Abstract:[Objective]To understand the psychological sources of stress among clinical medical students and the related factors,and provide evidence for relevant departments to develop targeted intervening measures.[Methods]Stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted to select object.Self-compiled "Psychological Stress Questionnaire on College Students" was used for survey.[Results]①Medical students had a good awareness of their own pressure.②The top 3 psychological stress factors were the future of the individual(job hunting factor,academic factor and economic factor).③students with different characteristics had different sources of psychological stress.The job hunting pressure of female students was higher than that of male students.The economic pressure of senior male students from rural area with sibling was higher than that of junior female students from urban area without sibling.Academic pressure of female students with sibling was higher than that of female students without sibling.④students hoped rich extra-curricular activities and other measures can alleviate pressure of their own.[Conclusion]Relevant departments should adopt decompression interventions separately based on grade,sex,and implement targeted mental health education.
