中药敷脐治疗寒湿型泄泻42例疗效观察

目的　观察中药敷脐治疗寒湿型泄泻的疗效；方法　随机将８１ 例辨证为寒湿型泄泻的患者分为治疗组４２ 例和对照组３９ 例。常规治疗相同分别给予补液、抗菌治疗，治疗组加用中药研末敷脐，每日换药一次；结果　治疗组治愈３６ 例（８５．７ ％），有效５ 例（１１．９ ％），无效１ 例（２．４％ ）； 对照组治愈２６ 例（６６ ．７％ ），有效９ 例（２３ ．１％ ），无效４ 例（１０ ．２％） ，两组比较有显著性差异（ Ｘ２＝ ９．４７，Ｐ＜０．０５）。泄泻次数，治愈时间治疗组明显优于对照组（ Ｘ２ ＝ ８．３６，Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；结论　常规治疗寒湿型泄泻的同时， 加用中药敷脐，可明显缩短病程，方法简便，疗效确切，无明显毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Applicatoon Treating 42 Cases of Umbilical Region for Cold-damp Type Diarrhea

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine application to the umbilical region for cold-damp type diarrtea.Methods Eighty one cases of cold-damp type diarrhea were randomly divided into the therapeutic group(n=42)and the control group(n=39). Two groups were both treated with fluid infusion and anti-bacterial infection, while the therapeutic group used additional traditional Chinese medicine application to the unbilical region,and changed the application each day. Results In the therapeutic group,36 cases were cured(85.7%),5 cases were improved(11.9%), 1 case was unchanged(2.4%). In the control group,26 cases were cured(66.7%),9 cases were improved(23.1%),4 cases were unchanged(10.2%).It was obviously different between 2 groups(X 2=9.47,P<0.05).The diarrhea times and cure time were shortened obviously in the therapeutic group compared to the control group(X 2=8.36,P<0.01).Conclusion There is an obvious effect on treating cold-damp type diarrhea with traditional Chinese medicine application to the umbilical region. This is a quite simple way which can shorten the admission days,and without side effect. So,it is worth popularizing.
