中西医结合治疗老年瘙痒104例

目的　探讨中西结合治疗老年瘙痒症的方法及疗效；方法　根据中医病因病机，临床辨证施治，采取养血润肤，滋阴祛风止痒的方法，以针对病因病机，治病求本，并采用西药对比；结果　中药治疗总有效率达９８．１％ ，西药治疗总有效率为６５．０ ％ ，两组相比，差异有显著性（Ｘ２ ＝ ４２．７５ Ｐ＜０．００５）；结论　老年性瘙症是一种自觉瘙痒而无原发损害的皮肤病，由一处波及全身。究其病机多为血虚肝旺，生风生燥，肌肤失养，方中中药养血活血、滋阴养血、补肾，共奏润肤止痒之效

Treatment of 104 Cases of Senile Pruritus Combined With Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To study the method and curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat senile pruritus. Methods Enriching the blood and moisterizing the skin,nourishing yin,dispelling wind and arresting itching,searching for the primary causes of disease in treatment.Making a comparison between traditional Chinese and western medicines. Results The total response rate of traditional Chinese medicines was 98.1% and western medicines, 65.0%.Compared two groups,there was significant difference, (X 2=42.75, P<0.005).Conclusion Senile pruritus is mainly caused by blood deficiency and hyperactivity of the liver and xerosis cutis. Traditional Chinese medicines in the recipes have the functions of nourishing the blood and promoting blood cirulation, nourishing yin,tonifying the kidney,moisterizing the skin and arresting itching. The pharmacological study of modern medicine shows that traditional Chinese medicines have many organic elements and can enhance the immunocomptence of the body.
