西沙必利对剖宫产术后的胃肠蠕动作用

目的　观察西沙必利对剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的作用；方法　随机将６０ 例剖宫产术后病人分为两组，西沙必利组３０ 例，术前１ｈ 内服西沙必利１０ｍｇ，术后１０ｍｇ，４ 次／ｄ，直至肛门排气。对照组３０ 例，内服ＶｉｔａｍｉｎＣ２ 片，４ 次／ｄ 。记录肛门排气时间，评定疗效；结果　西沙必利组术后排气时间较对照组明显缩短（ Ｐ＜０ ．０１）；结论　西沙必利有利于剖宫产术后胃肠功能的恢复。

Curative Effect of Cisapride on Gastrointestinal Peristalsis after Cesarean Section

Objective To observe the effect of Cisapride on restoration of gastrointestinal function in patients after cesarean section.Methods Sixty patients after cesarean section were randomly divided into 2 groups: 30 patients were treated with Cisapride 10mg,po, preoperatively and 10mg,po, q6h, postoperatively until wind breaking. Another 30 patients received placebo (vitamin C) 2 tablets.lh preoperatively and 2 tablets, q6h postoperatively served as the control group.Results The duration of the recovery time of the gastrointestinal function in Cisapride group was shorter than that in the control group( P< 0. 01) . Conclusion Cisapride accelerates the restoration of gastrointestinal function in patients after cesarean section.
