紫草油治疗乳头皲裂疗效观察

目的　观察紫草油对乳头皲裂的治疗效果；方法　１９９３～１９９８ 年收治乳头皲裂２００ 例， 随机分２ 组。治疗组１１０ 例用紫草油外敷，对照组用红霉素软膏、复方鱼肝油软膏外涂， 每日３ 次；结果　治疗组显效率达８２ ％ ，总有效率９７％ ，对照组显效率６１ ％ ，总有效率８１％ ，两组相比有高度显著差异，Ｘ２ ＝２５ ．３ ，Ｐ＜ ０．０１；结论　紫草油治疗乳头皲裂疗效显著。

Curative Observation of Zichao Oil Treating Nipple Chap

Objective To evaluate the effect of Zichao oil treating nipple chap.Methods Two hundred patients with the nipple chap were randomly divided into the therapeutic group (110 cases) and the control group (90 cases) .In the therapeutic group the nipple chap was smeared with Zichao oil, and in the control group, with erythromycine ointment and cod-liver oil compound ointment three times a day. Results In the therapeutic group the regression rate and the total response rate was 82% and 97% respectively, and in the control group,61%and 81% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(X=25.3 P<0.01) .Conclusion Zichao oil is very effective to treat nipple chap.
