| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗饭后胸痹心痛的方法及疗效；方法 心痹同治、益气通脉、健脾益气、通利血脉；结果 中西医结合治疗总有效率为９５．２％ ，单用西药总有效率有８１．０ ％ ，两组相比有显著性差异（ Ｘ２ ＝ ５．８３ ，Ｐ＜ ０．０５） ；结论 饭后胸痹心痛发作， 或腹胀便溏消化不良与心绞痛同时并见，此为脾虚子盗母气，通过心脾兼顾治疗，取得较好疗效

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method and curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat angina pectoris. Methods The disease was treated with the methods of treating the heart and slpeen at the same time,replenishing qi to invigorate pulse-beat, strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation.Results The total response rate of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine was 95.2%. But only with western medicines,81.0%.Compared two groups, there was significant difference.(X 2=5.83,P<0. 05) Conclusion We can get a better effect in the treatment of angina pectoris by treating the heart and spleen at the same time combined with traditional Chinese and western medicines. |
