Abstract:
Summary Aneurysmal bone cyst occurring within the calvarium is uncommon. We report a case presenting as an intracranial space-occupying lesion. Fluid levels within a lesion on CT is very suggestive but inconstant. The theory of a pre-existing lesion is noted.
