| 摘 要： | 茶叶是三大饮料之一 ,含有很多和人体健康密切相关的微量元素。采用原子吸收方法对谷城五山镇的玉皇剑茶叶 ,茶树叶以及生长的土壤中的 10种微量元素进行了测定。结果表明三者之间微量元素存在一定关系。

| Abstract: | As one of the three traditional beverages, tea has many trace elements that effect human's health. The qualities of 10 microelements were determined in tealeaf, tea plant leaf of "Jade Emperor's sword" and soil in Wushan Gucheng. The result showed there was a relation between these three samples. |
