| 摘 要： | 目的 研究植物生长调节剂对金钗石斛药用化学成分的影响。方法 用6-BA、GA3两种植物生长调节剂浸根处理金钗石斛。结果与结论 表明两种植物生长调节剂在一定浓度下可使石斛可溶性总糖含量增加，而对金钗石斛碱的含量无影响。GA3能显著提高石斛总生物碱的含量。
