摘    要:目的 考察当归挥发油的不同提取方法。方法 超临界CO2流体萃取法及水蒸气蒸馏法。结果 两者的成分及(Z)-藁本内酯的含量基本一致,而超临界CO2萃取所得当归油的收率约为水蒸气蒸馏收率的2倍。结论 超临界CO2流体萃取法是当归挥发油较好的提取方法。

Abstract:Object To compare the two different methods for the extraction of essential oil from Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels. Methods The essential oil of A. sinensis were extracted by supercritical-CO 2 fluid (SF-CO 2) and by steam distillation (SD) separately. Results The components and contents of (Z)-ligustilide of the essential oil extracted by both methods were identical, but the yield by SF-CO 2 is twice as much as that by SD. Conclusion The results suggested that extraction of essential oil from A. sinensis by SF-CO 2 is more satisfactory.
