摘    要:  Usingraddeanoside D, the main active constituent of Anemone raddeana Regel, as the qualitycontrol criteria, 10 samples of the herbal drug collected from different localities ofHeilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Shandong provinces were analysed by HPLC. Results showedthat the average raddeanoside D contents were 0.355 0%, 0.321 3%, 0.280 7% and 0.219 6%respectively. This method was proved to be quick, simple and reproducible, and provided areliable basis for the quality control and evaluation of A.raddeana.
