| 摘 要： | 本文应用彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）观察了３４例肝癌经肝动脉插管栓塞治疗中及化疗后肿瘤血供和声像图的变化特点以及二者之间的关系。提示肿瘤缩小程度由栓塞后血供减少情况而定，血供减少在先，肿瘤缩小在后，内部异常血流较周边血流减少早且明显。小结节较大的巨块型肝癌效果好。和肝动脉造影结果对照展示了ＣＤＦＩ在观察肝癌肿瘤血管及血流的准确性以及在全面观察、随诊经栓塞治疗的肝癌方面的优越性。

| Abstract: | Thirty-four cases of liver tumor received transhepatic arterial-embolization and chemical treatment were studied by color Doppler flow imaging. The characteristics of sonography and blood supply of the tumors as well as the relationship between them were described. The reduction of tumor nodules depended on the reduction of the blood supply of tumors. The abnormal blood flow within wilhin the tumors disappeared earlier than large ones. As compared with hepatic arterial angiography,colo Doppler flow imaging was very useful in follow-up observation of hepatic tumors treated with transhepatic arterial embolization. |
