| 摘 要： | 目的观察随固定平台型假体和活动平台型假体在人丁全膝关节置换术中的疗效。方法将64例膝骨性关节炎的患者随机分配至固定平台组和旋转平台组行全膝关节表面置换术，记录术前及术后1年时术膝的膝关节评分（KSS评分、HSS评分）、WOMAC骨关节炎评分。结果两组病人术前及术后1年的各项评分均无统计学意义。结论固定平台型和活动型膝假体在全膝人工假体置换术后1年的疗效基本一致。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of different platform-type in knee replacement surgery. Methods 64 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided to fixed and rotary platform group,Knee Score （KSS score,HSS score）, WOMAC score were noted before and after surgery. Results The values of three score in two groups were similar. Conclusion Application of fixed type and rotary-type in knee prosthesis replacement surgery exhibit comparable ef- fects. |
