乙型肝炎患者自我管理能力的调查分析

目的了解乙型肝炎患者自我管理能力的状况并给予相应的健康指导。方法选择2011年1～8月在我院门诊就诊的128例乙型肝炎患者自我管理能力及所需健康指导项目进行问卷调查，并分为试验组和对照组各64例。对照组患者接受常规护理和治疗。对试验组患者进行2次以上的教育指导，发放乙肝患者自我管理行为指南，每月进行电话回访。分别在指导前、指导1个月和3个月后收集自我管理能力行为及健康状况相关指标的资料。结果门诊乙型肝炎患者存在对消毒隔离方法、肝病的发病原因、药物作用及注意事项、疾病的预后了解度相对缺乏。指导后试验组自我管理能力得分比指导前提高、肝功能恢复水平优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论针对门诊乙型肝炎患者自我管理能力，给予相应的健康指导是提高门诊乙型肝炎患者长期自我管理中改善生活质量的基础。

The investigation of hepatitis B patient self management ability.

Objective To understand hepatitis B patient self-management ability condition and give corresponding health guidance. Methods Choose from January 2011 to August 201 f in our hospital outpatient clinic of 128 cases of hepatitis B patients self management ability and the health guidance project questionnaire survey, and divided into the experimental group and the control group 64 cases each. Control group patients received conventional nursing care and treatment. The experimental group to patients with more than 2 times of education guidance, Issue second liver patient self-management behavior guidelines, monthly telephone pays a return visit. Before respectively in guidance, Guidance 1 month and 3 months after collecting self management ability behavior and health related index of the material. Re- suits Hepatitis B patient outpatient service existence of disinfection and isolation method, the reason of disease of liver disease, drug and the points for attention and the disease after the relative lack of understanding. After the guidance of the experimental group self management ability score before guidance to improve liver function recovery level was better than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion In outpatient service hepatitis B patient self management ability, give corresponding health education is to improve the outpatient service hepatitis B patient long-term management of self improve life quality foundation.
