成年糖尿病大鼠重要器官组织GSH-Px、GSH和GR水平变化

摘    要:目的:探讨糖尿病对大鼠重要器官组织抗氧化水平的影响。方法:90日龄Wistar大鼠24只,随机分为正常对照组(C)、胰岛素治疗糖尿病组(ID)和糖尿病组(D),每组8只,取大鼠器官组织用比色法测定GSH-Px、GSH和GR水平变化。结果:D组与C组比较大鼠 心、肾、胰腺组织GSH-Px水平升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),D组与ID组比较肝组织GSH-Px水平升高,但差异无显著性,脾组织GSH-Px水平无变化;而大鼠心、肝、肾、胰、脾组织GSH、GR水平均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);经胰岛素治疗后,5个器官组织中GSH-Px、GSH和GR水平均有改善。结论:经胰岛素治疗后,糖尿病大鼠重要器官组织抗氧化水平有不同程度改善。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of diabetes on anti oxidation levels of key organs and tissues in rats. Methods Twenty four Wistar rats for 90 days were randomly divided into three groups : control group (C), diabetes treated with insulin group (ID) and diabetes group(D). There were 8 rats in each group. The changes of levels of GSH Px, GSH, and GR in rat organs and tissues were detected by colorimetric method. Results Compared with group C, GSH Px levels in heart, kidney, and pancreas in group D were significantly ascended ( P <0 01 or P <0 05); it was ascended in liver, but there wasn′t statistical significance ( P >0 05), and the GSH Px level was not changed in spleen. GSH and GR levels in group D were significantly descended in heart, liver, kidney, spleen, and pancreas compared with group C ( P <0 01 or P <0 05); but they were alleviated after insulin was administered. Conclusion The anti oxidation levels in important organs and tissues of diabetic rats may be improved after insulin therapy.
