我院围手术期预防用药的调查分析

目的了解医院围手术期预防感染抗菌药物使用的情况，评价围手术期预防性用药的合理性。方法随机抽取四川省宜宾市第二人民医院2005年1-6月出院的外科手术病历共420份，分别填写调查表，进行统计分析。结果所有手术病例均使用了抗菌药物预防感染，预防用药起点高，用药时机不当，用药持续时间过长，联合用药不合理。结论该院围手术期预防感染存在较多问题，亟待加强对临床医生规范化使用药物的培训和管理。

Analysis on Usage of Prophylactic Antibiotics for Perioperative Period

Objective To analyze the usage of prophylactic antibiotics for perioperative period and to evaluate the rationality of prophylactic antibiotic usage during perioperative period.Methods To check randomly the medical records of 420 patients discharged from the surgical department in Yibin No.2 People's Hospital during January to June,2005.The statistical analysis was conducted.Results Antibiotics were used in all surgical cases.The using rate of prophylactic antibiotics was high.The opportunity of the antibiotic usage was incorrect,the duration of continuing prophylactic antibiotic usage was too long,and the combined usage of antibiotics was irrational.Conclusion Prophylactic antibiotics usage of the surgical operation patients in this hospital still exists some problems.It is very important to strengthen the administration and training of standardized prophylactic antibiotics usage for the clinical doctors.
